
A new class specifically designed for adults aged 40 and over, as well as retirees.
Classes will be held at 9:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting May 11th.
This program focuses on wellness, mobility, vitality, and longevity within a judgment-free, no-contact safe zone.
Each session will include:
1. Slow martial arts movements for wellness, mobility, vitality, longevity, and quality of life. Basic level conditioning, start where you are, come grow with us.
2. Modified Calisthenics at your own pace.
3. Practical mobility and flexibility.
4. Low impact cardio for longevity.
5. Chair and floor exercises for strength and conditioning.
6. Judgements free, no contact, safe zone for seasoned adults.
7. Please note that a medical waiver is required; we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting.

-15 minutes Cardio for warm-up
-15 minutes Calisthenics
-15 minutes Balance and Mobility
-15 Minutes Kata
